Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mythic Domination (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

  • Credits are the virtual currency used within Mythic Domination.
  • Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other currencies.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts except through in-game marketplace mechanics.
  • Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, pack contents, and drop rates at any time.
  • In-game items (cards, materials, weapons) are licensed, not sold. You do not own them.

5. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors where credits were charged but not delivered. To request a review, contact support@mythic-domination.com within 14 days of the transaction. EU consumers may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches — report them to us instead.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
  • Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real-world money outside the Service.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including denial-of-service attacks.
  • Impersonate other players or Mythic Domination staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to game design, card artwork, hero names, logos, UI design, code, and text, is the property of Mythic Domination and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. In cases of termination for Terms violations, no refund will be issued for remaining credits or purchases.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily limit availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythic Domination and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Game mechanics, drop rates, and balancing are subject to change without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
